Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 x 150g tube of Light Cheese Spread
- Cracked black pepper to decorate
Method
- Wash & dry the tomatoes
- Cut off the very top part of each tomato & carefully scoop out the seeds
- Squeeze a dollop of Light Cheese Spread into each tomato shell
- Arrange them on a plate & sprinkle on some cracked black pepper
