Primula celeb-rated British Cheese Week at the N1 Centre, Islington on Thursday 22nd September. We showcased our fantastic cheesy portraits of some of your favourite celebs made entirely from Primula Cheese!
Our extremely talented food artist Faye Halliday worked her magic to create some celebrity cheese portraits including Marilyn Monroe.
The cheesy art has also been made into a video so you can see the art in action, take a peek here.
The TV programme 'The Wright Stuff' had some cheesy fun to celebrate British Cheese Week by challenging their panellists to create their own Primula Cheese Art live on the show. You can watch see them in action here:

Primula Recipe Challenge
with Capital Radio
We have got together with Capital Radio and set their listeners a challenge of coming up with a recipe to feed a family of 4 for under £10 for a main course using Primula Cheese!
We received a number of imaginitive recipes and narrowed it down to 3 finalists, which competed in a Master Chef style 'Cook Off' at Gateshead College. The grand finale was hosted by the Capital's Breakfast show hosts Steve and Karen with a £1,000 prize up for grabs.
The judges were enticed by Mexican Bean Enchiladas, Sausage, Mushroom & Primula Cheese Risotto and Chicken Tikka Wraps. After tasting the delicious food, Bob Arrora was crowned the winner with the Chicken Tikka Wraps recipe.. delicious!

Primula Cheese is the official cheese sponsor of the Gastro Alfresco summer road show. The road show will be visiting Tesco and Sainsbury’s supermarkets up and down the country to give summer food inspiration and also be giving away tasty samples for you to try! The Primula Team have been out and about this summer at family fun events, which saw our very own Mr & Mrs Nibbles on parade with face painting, balloon sculpting and lots of lovely Primula Cheese given out to visitors. The tour included visits to the following:
