Meatball Gratin with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 250g sausage meat
- Plain flour to dust
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved
- 150g tube Primula Cheese
- 3 tbsp milk
- 25g grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 200oC / Gas 6
- Shape the sausage meat into small balls and dust with flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the meatballs for 4 to 5 minutes to brown. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Heat one tube of Primula Cheese and 3 tbsp milk in a saucepan, stir until the sauce is smooth and warmed through. Remove from the heat.
- Transfer the meatballs and the tomatoes to an ovenproof dish. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
