Oven temperature: 200°C/Gas mark
1. Cut the rounded ends off the baguette and then cut the baguette into 12 slices approximately 2cms (¾ inch) and then place onto a baking sheet.
2. Spread each slice with pesto sauce followed by the Primula Original Cheese Spread
3. Slice the tomatoes: if using large tomatoes place one slice on top of the Primula cheese spread, if using cherry tomatoes use 3 or 4 slices
4. Bake in the pre heated oven for 7 – 8 minutes until the underside of the bread is crispy.
5. Serve immediately garnished with sprigs of basil.
Tasty Tip – Add extra flavour to the topping by substituting the tomato for pepperoni, ham or tuna flakes.
